Enter a photo of your UGLY SOFA in the Ugliest Sofa Contest and you can win a NEW SOFA (up to $1800 value) from Gavigan's Furniture in Westminster. To enter, submit a photo between February 15 to February 28. Voting will take place from February 29 to March 14. The winner of the contest will be announced in the Carroll County Times. Prizes won may not be traded in for cash or exchanged. Please see Official Rules for eligibility.
