Enter a photo of your UGLY SOFA in the Ugliest Sofa Contest and you can win a NEW SOFA (up to $1,000 value) from Gavigan's Furniture in Westminster. To enter, submit a photo between February 17 and March 3. Voting will take place from March 4 to March 18. The winner of the contest will be announced in the Carroll County Times. Prizes won may not be traded in for cash or exchanged. Please see Official Rules for eligibility.
